Selbourne Homes have come to be regarded as one of the Midlands leading contemporary house builders.  Founded in 2001, Selbourne Homes specialise in transforming brownfield sites into stylish urban developments.

The Scenario

Prior to using Powersave Direct Ltd all utility connections were co-ordinated by Selbourne Homes Construction Director, Stuart Andrews

Stuart always considered the utilities to be a difficult area to deal with.  He found that the poor communication levels between himself and the statutory authorities would continually cause frustrations and problems throughout the project. 

Stuart realised that this was an area that needed to be addressed and could be managed in a more effective way.  In order to provide a solution to the problem, Selbourne Homes trialled Powersave Direct to co-ordinate a number of their new projects.

The Outcome

Since Powersave Direct Ltd commenced working on behalf of Selbourne Homes, we have successfully co-ordinated the utility connections on all of their projects.  We continue to partner Selbourne Homes on all of their new projects.
