B&D Croft

The Customer

B & D Croft are a small to medium sized builder based in Leigh in Lancashire. They specialise in building high quality housing development which reflects the needs of prospective house-buyers in the area.

The Scenario

Prior to using Powersave Direct Ltd all utility connections were co-ordinated by B&D Croft’s services manager, Clare Naylor.

Clare felt that the utility connections were a difficult area to deal with and would often get frustrated with the amount of time that was needed to co-ordinate the service connections.  Clare frequently found herself on the telephone trying to organise the services and realised that too much of her time was being used in this area of the project.  In order to provide a solution to this problem B&D Croft trialled Powersave Direct to co-ordinate a number of their new projects.

The Outcome

Since Powersave Direct Ltd commenced working on behalf of B&D Croft Ltd, we have successfully co-ordinated the utility connections on all of their projects.  We look forward to partnering B&D Croft on their future developments.
